abenetis provides a new Analysis - its a SWOT

abenetis writes "A few weeks ago abenetis announced that a new strategic analysis would be available soon. Now the time has come that the analysis is available. The new analysis is a SWOT. A SWOT-Analysis allows to evaluate Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats a business is facing. But a SWOT could not only be done for just a business. There are numerous reasons to prepare a SWOT-Analysis, such as reviewing a company or business unit, the marketing strategy of a company or even the personnel career development. The SWOT-Analysis assists business owners and managers in revising the company's strategy to take advantage of the current strengths and opportunities of the business. It even helps to prepare contingency plans using the weaknesses and threats to which a business is exposed. abenetis offers a SWOT-Analysis in 2 different versions. One version has the usual SWOT-Analysis template and the other is based on a Questionaire with 114 position, which are separated into 13 categories. The Questionaire reflects 2 additional analysis, which are "Critical Success Factors" and "5 Forces" or "Competitive Forces Analysis". The results of the questionaire is then taken to the 4 sections of the SWOT-Analysis. Members of abenetis are able to perform different numbers of SWOT-Analysis depending on the membership level. Even members of the free BASIS-Membership are able to perform some SWOT-Analysis.
