Affiliate-Program-Terms:

1. Currently only referred paid Memberships are earning Commissions.

2. You will get 20% Commission on referred Sales of paid Memberships based on the invoice Membership-Fee. The Commission Percentage will even be applied to reduced Membership Fees for referred paid Memberships, which are entered by the referred prospective client using a Promotion Code to enter a Membership at a reduced Price. Thus resulting in a reduced Commission.

3. To be an Affiliate of abenetis you must at least have a BASIS-Membership or any other Membership Account.

4. The Commission for each referred paid Membership will be paid, as long as the referred Membership is not cancelled. This means, if a referred Member renews the Membership after one year, you will earn the commission again.

Commission will be earned after completion of the Membership Periods. That means the Commission which will be earned depending on the duration of the referred Membership. Every 30 days a part of your Commission is called earned, if the referred Member has not cancelled the Membership. All other Commissions are pending, as it is not clear if referred Membership remains active. Only earned Commissions are subject to any payment.

If Memberships are cancelled, the affiliate receives only the partial commission for the period until the Membership was cancelled. Only periods with 30 days of membership are taken for the calculation of the commission. No commission will be paid for referred Memberships with less than 30 days of Membership period.

5. Payment of Commissions will be made 2 times a year, for earned Commission Amounts greater than 50.00 EUR.

6. Payments will only be made to a PayPal-Account. The affiliate has to use an Email-Address which is capable of receiving payments through PayPal. Banking or Transfer Fees for commission payments have to be covered by the affiliate.

7. The Affiliate has to provide a Tax-Number or a VAT-ID-Number in case of European Businesses. If the Affiliate does not provide a Tax-Number no Commission Payments will be made. Commissions for referred paid Memberships without VAT are also paid without VAT to German companies. If any further VAT-Payment may occur for commission payments, the affiliate is responsible for these payments.

8. Applicable Law is the law of Germany.

9. The affiliate is allowed to install links to abenetis on all websites he may have, as long as the content is business related. Adult, Gaming, Political or any other kind of private entertainment sites are prohibited.

10. Spamming (Email or by posting to FFA-Pages and Classified-Ad-Sites) is forbidden and will lead to the deletion of the affiliate account. All earnings will be lost in this case.

11. abenetis could adapt the conditions and terms of this program at any time. Furthermore abenetis has the right to terminate this program at any time. If the program will be terminated by abenetis, commissions for already referred sales will be paid as stated in Number 4 and 5.

12. The Affiliate is responsible to declare and pay tax from the income of this Affiliate program.

13. To track affiliate sales, a Cookie is saved on the Computer of the referred prospective client. The Cookie has a lifetime of 180 days. In case of deletion of the saved Cookie by the referred prospective client, the affiliate will not be paid a commission when the prospective client enters a Membership after deletion of the Cookie, due to inability of tracking from which affiliate the new customer has been referred.

However, even if the referred visitor has disabled the use of cookies our system is able to track clickthroughs from your site. But this will only last as long as the visitor is on our site. If the visitor does not register at that time, your Referral ID will not be recognized at the visitors next visit.

In case a referred prospective client enters a Membership (free or paid), the Affiliates referral code is directly linked with the new Member, thus Membership Upgrades to paid Memberships will be rewarded to the Affiliate, no matter when the Upgrade takes place.

14. If the Affiliate deletes his Membership Account, the Affiliate Account will automatically be deleted as well. In this case any earned and not paid out Commissions will be forfeited. The Affiliate could not refer himself.

15. If one of the terms mentioned should be or become ineffective, then this does not affect the validity of the remaining terms. The provider will then replace the ineffective regulation by a new one.
